About the AVID pet MicroChips

The campaign to encourage pet owners to keep their details up-to-date is being run and promoted by AVID. As a company which designs, manufactures and supplies it's own patented MicroChips and runs the 24hr PETtrac MicroChip Database we take our role very seriously.

Why are we running this campaign?

As a responsible MicroChip supplier and providers of the PETtrac Database we do everything in our power to reunite pet owners with their pets, but this is not always straight forward when details are out of date. This is why we are running this campaign, to try and prevent this problem ocurring.
